Cancellation Deadline: The deadline to cancel room reservations at the Meadowview Marriott Hotel in
Kingsport, TN is Monday September 14, 2026.
Please call the hotel directly at 423-578-6600 to cancel.

Block Rate: Room reservations are still available under the contracted block rate until
Friday, September 18, 2026. There are only a few rooms available
but you may call the hotel directly at 423-578-6600 to make a reservation.

RV Reservations

The Convention Center offers convenient access for RV parking, located approximately 500 feet from Exit 3 on I-26. The site incldes a multi-level, hard-surface lot that can accommodate up to 50 coaches and provides a dedicated entrance to the Convention Hall.Water service is available through a city-issued meter connected to a perimeter fire hydrant, and electrical power will be supplied via mobile generation units. Participants planning to use RV parking are advised to bring at lesat 100 feet of electrical cord withi approxpriate 50-amp adapters, additional hoses for water connections, extra leveling blocks, and ant insecticide.

 

 

RV Parking Details

  • Check-in will begin Sunday October 18, 2026
  • All Spaces will be a 50 amp style plug. If your needs are different – simply use your adapters and bring an extra 50′ of your style power cord for hook-up
  • All spaces will provide the same amount of area. Additional parking just outside the RV area is available for towed or extra vehicles. Please keep all vehicles clear of travel paths. There are Fire Marshall regulations we must abide by
  • There will be the opportunity for two (2) pumpouts (Tues. and Fri.)
  • Water will be on-site to fill RV’s who want/need it. Plan for your needs. Bring an extra 50′ hose so we can join several together from the water source to our RV neighbors

Once the form is submitted you will automatically be taken to the payment screen. All Reservation Fees are nonrefundable.
